What can I expect when using New Home Consultant?

If you have chosen or are interested in using a production builder, national or local, to construct your new home, you will undoubtedly have 1000's of questions. There will be questions that you did not think to ask or consider about the process. This service is an impartial, unbiased, resource that can offer multiple perspectives from which to approach this exciting opportunity.  We will not offer any personal opinion or judgement as to the quality or integrity of any particular builder. This service may noy be used as reference in any type of mediation or dispute resolution and cannot be considered as legal counsel. You are encouraged to contact a real estate attorney concerning such matters.

Will this service replace my current realtor?

NO, it does not! This service is designed as resource for the consumer.  We are committed to assisting buyers, buyers agents, investors, and researchers. We work with your realtor to make sure you are aware of all the details and nuances of the new home building journey.  Realtors provide invaluable personal representation, and we will never discourage the use of any service that gives you more peace of mind throughout the buying process.

Does this consultation constitute professional legal advise? 

This consultation in no way may serve as legal advise or any such professional suggestions. 

We are not Real Estate Attorney's, nor do we play one on T.V. Our objective is to provide you with industry insight and useful information that may only be obtained by a seasoned consultant, with decades of experience in the field.
